Mayor James “Bong” Gordon Jr. formally turned-over a computer set donation to Cabalan Transport Service Cooperative Incorporated (CTSCI) last March 27, 2010 at the FMA Hall of Olongapo City Hall where the members and officers of CTSCI held their General Assembly. Also present in the occasion were incumbent councilors Gina Perez, Jong Cortez, Ellen Dabu, Rodel Cerezo and city consultants Tet Marzan, Romy Guerrero, Edna Elane and Ed Piano.
